Refund policy: Unused merchandise in the original packaging will be accepted for refund in the form of a credit to the customers credit card account within 14 days of the order date. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call 1-800-881-7722 to receive return authorization number. Customer must pay return shipping charges. Only purchases made through this website will be refunded. A copy of the original sales receipt/packing slip must be enclosed with all returns before a refund to customers credit card account is made. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
